WELCOME

Thanks for visiting and checking out my work.

I recently rediscovered art and am exploring painting as a way of recreating moments of inspiration and personal peace, particularly when I'm in the mountains or near to the sea.

I am currently working on a series centred around Exmoor, it's sunsets, skies and seascapes.

I don't confine myself to a particular style, taking the freedom I find in nature into my brush strokes and experimenting with colour and texture dependent on the feeling I hope to evoke.

My camera roll is full of pictures of the sky, sea and flaming sunsets, so many of them were from around Minehead and Exmoor that it has inspired the current series I am working on.
